Aug 25, 2018 – Walking, AS, SASL Plank

Very similar workout to yesterday.

Slingshot walking with my dad in the lead. Every time I caught up, 15 Air Squats + 15 second holds on single arm single leg planks.

~ 17 rounds SASL Planks
