It was a weekend after my first day of chemo (Friday), so it gave me a bit of an experimental timeframe to see how I felt working out.

Saturday – Nov 3

Sunday – Nov 4

straight leg deadlifts

Monday/Tues/Wed – slept in in the mornings.
